Why use a bank card?

The bank card is the most advantageous method of payment on Motion-Twin's websites (Dinoparc, Hammerfest, Naturalchemist, etc.).

It's a simple and safe payment system: transactions are entirely managed by our bank. Contrary to payment by phone, you do not have to enter a code, therefore there is no risk of error. Which precautions should be taken?

In order to pay:

  • Never give your card number to other people.
  • For minors who use their parents’ bank card: you must ask for authorization from your parents before each payment!

My currency is not in Euros

You can use your bank card even if your bank account is in a different currency from the euro.

If your bank's exchange rate is in American dollars or in another currency then at the moment of purchase, your bank will automatically exchange from Euros to your currency and will charge a small commission. The exact exchange rate and the commission depend on your bank. Why is there a limit to payment?

As a result of many cases of fraud with bank card payments, we have established limits to users, in order to limit improper use. In addition, the limits to a bank card also apply if the same card is used by several users or on several of our sites.

The amount and the number of transactions are limited. If you think you will want to make several payments, then the best solution is to buy less frequently but to consider making bigger payments.

What are the payment limits?

You can carry out:

  • 1 payment every 10 minutes
  • 2 payments every 24 hours
  • 4 payments every 7 days
  • 8 payments every 30 days

You can carry out a payment of:

  • 30 € in the last 24 hours
  • 80 € in the last 7 days
  • 200 € in the last 30 days

How to unblock these limits?

If you reached one of these limits and you wish to be able to carry out new payments, you can send us:

  • A photocopy of your identity card (on both sides)
  • A document as proof of residence
  • The site where you wish to make the payment and your user’s name on this site
